Two years later Thierry and Isabelle
moved to theUnited
States and in January 1997, they decided
to start selling crepes at various events to get to know the American
market. Their first try, at the Santa Monica Sunday Farmer’s
Market, was an instant success. People lined up for the buckwheat
crepes that Thierry and Isabelle lovingly crafted using an old family
recipe.
After five years of hard
work, Thierry and Isabelle found a way to finance a location right
off the Promenade in Santa Monica and opened a restaurant, proving
that if you have the vision to see your future in front of you,
you can reach out and
shape
it from a dream into a reality.
